I offer individual therapy, in-person and virtually, for adult women, particularly those navigating life transitions. Through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens, I tailor our work to fit your needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches. I am in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. For BCBS clients, I will file claims following sessions. I suggest reaching out to your insurance company to inquire about coverage for mental health benefits. You will be responsible for fees not covered by insurance as dictated by your insurance plan (copayments, co-insurance, deductibles).
For clients who wish to use out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill (like a receipt) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be responsible for payment at time of service.
Individual therapy sessions (50-55 minutes) are $140 for self-pay clients.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients are entitled to a good faith estimate of medical costs before services are rendered. Good faith estimates available upon request.
